What data we collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and password (managed by Clerk).
Invoice data: Client names, email addresses, invoice line items, amounts, and notes you enter.
Business details: Your business name, logo, address, and payment details that appear on invoices.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and general analytics (no personal browsing tracked).

How we use your data

To create, store, and deliver your invoices.
To send transactional emails (invoice notifications, payment reminders).
To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
To process payments through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy).

How we store your data

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Authentication is handled by Clerk with industry-standard security practices. We do not store your payment card details — all payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or client information with third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to run Fawtra: Clerk (auth), Supabase (database), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI features).

Your rights

Export: You can export all your data from Settings at any time.
Delete: You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
Access: Contact us to request a copy of all data we hold about you.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
